Once a request is marked as "Completed ✔️," it is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. Please double-check all details before completing the transaction to avoid any misunderstandings.
Refund of Cryptocurrency Payments
We accept cryptocurrency payments on our liquidity partner's exchange and record them in USDT at the current exchange rate at the time the funds are credited. In the event that the exchange cannot be performed, the refund will be processed exclusively in USDT under the following conditions:
- The refund fee will be up to 3% of the amount received on our account.
- The current blockchain exchange fees for processing the refund to the provided address will also apply.
It is important to note that this fee is applied to cover losses related to account blocking, re-verification processes, and the use of specialist resources to resolve problematic situations.
Refunds in Case of Service Rule Violation
If you violate the service rules or attempt to mislead the administration, the refund will be processed in USDT with a fee of up to -60% of the received amount.

Change in Refund Fee Percentage
We reserve the right to adjust the refund fee percentage without prior notice or explanation. This is necessary to ensure effective and timely responses to external factors that may affect our operations.
Force Majeure Circumstances
In the event of force majeure circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations (such as unscheduled technical work by third-party payment services), we reserve the right to delay the fulfillment of our obligations until the issue is resolved. Your understanding and patience during such situations are greatly appreciated.
Impact of Exchange Rate Changes on Services
In the event of significant exchange rate fluctuations on trading platforms that may affect the operation of our parsers and request processing, we reserve the right to:
- Withdraw our services if they cannot be provided,
- Refund the funds to clients,
- Postpone the processing of requests indefinitely,
- Temporarily suspend the website's operation.
Individual Approach to Refunds
We always analyze each situation individually and strive to make decisions that consider all circumstances and are in the best interests of our clients. However, the final decision in exceptional cases is made solely by our company.
Collaboration with Banks from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus
We do not cooperate with banks from the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Any transactions involving banks from these countries are not supported and will be rejected.
